RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are happy to refund or exchange most products provided they are  unopened,  unused and in its original packaging.

The product/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please email us via the ‘Contact Us’ page as soon as possible if you wish to arrange a return, alternatively please email innava.uk@outlook.com.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods including outer packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and will return the goods to you.

Return postage is at your own cost and is non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure relevant insurance is purchased to cover against loss or damage in transit.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
